Privacy Policy (Draft)

This draft describes, in plain language, how Tahlely AI currently handles data during the MVP phase. It is a placeholder pending formal legal review — not a substitute for professional legal advice.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email), organization details you configure during onboarding, and the sales files you choose to upload.

How your uploaded files are used

Files are parsed to calculate KPIs and detect findings for your own dashboard. Raw files are never shared with other organizations and are never used to train any AI model.

What the AI receives

Only aggregated KPIs, detected trends, and structured findings — never your raw uploaded rows or file.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete a dataset at any time, which removes its normalized records, analytics, AI reports, and stored file. Account-level deletion requests are handled by contacting support.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on configuration) to generate business summaries from aggregated findings only.
